Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made after confirmation of your reservation will result in a 10% charge of total reservation.
- Cancellations made 21 days of projected arrival will result in a 25% penalty on the total value of the reservation.
- Those made within 7 to 21 days of projected arrival will result in a 50% penalty of the total value of the reservation.
- Less than 7 days 100% of total will be charged 7 days.
- No shows and early departures will be charged 100% of costs.
- There are no refunds for late arrivals (including delayed flights) or early departures unless prior arrangement has been made.
